Let's put some starting ideas: God is dead. Revolution is the opiate of the intellectuals. Let's face it: reading on a narrow, bright screen just will never match the satisfaction of turning a page. Words will eventually fail to convey the meaning they wish to present. The history of governmental structure, in whatever nature, is doomed to plutocracy(government designed to benefit a certain group of "elite", from the serving majority.) Whether this is in the ironic cloak of overtly idealistic egalitarianism, or falsely "individualistic" consumer- capitalism. Clearly, someone is getting fucked over. Art is not limited to your entertainment, nor amusement. Thomas Pynchon is a bloody fantastic writer. Suicide has been reduced to a socially laughable facade for attention. Civil rights has always proven useless in a society where a individual is only bestowed the illusion of participation, in substitution of an actual voice. People are becoming more and more docile. Questions are running out. The Road to Excess leads to a Palace of Wisdom. People seem to take mindless, one-sided fabrications in place of actual news. How delightful are distractions. We are given so many poets, but how much poems? The idea of "counter-culture" has become ironic. We become the very things we intend to rebel against, in fear of our insecurities of our own self. We should start having sex with more intelligent persons. From now on, you should at least have sex with someone with a moderately considerable book collection. Think for yourself. "Nothing is true. Everything is permitted." - Hassan-i Sabbah

Self-imposed ignorance. Pity. Movies that set out to exploit its audience cheaply in the fact that they can't tell that their film is complete shite. Elitism. The nature of politics. People who so dearly compose themselves as stereotypes, and commercial cliches. The idea of Religion. Fanaticism. Mass-movements. Blatant hypocrites. Soulless consumer slates. Facebook. Our terribly inadequate educational system. Blandness. The fact that people can't accept the irrational. Vegetarians/Vegans who wear dietary habits as some sort of self-dignifying, hip "lifestyle" choice, who wishes to attempt to rise above his/her peers with feelings of superiority. To be completely honest, I hold enough bitterness and cynicism to write an essay on my "dislikes". If it fascinates you enough, ask me more.
