These days, everything is pretty challenging for me. I'm basically homeless, my job isn't going well, and I seem to have a swirling maelstrom of people dying in my life or the lives of those I care about. Despite this, I am still here. I'm taking pleasure in the small, simple things. I'm breathing one day at a time and giving thanks that I still wake up every day. I'm trying not to snap. I'm not predictable so don't cop an attitude with. Don't assume a damn thing about me either. I'm not the friendlist little flower, but I also am a loyal friend when you actually get to know me. Don't waste time trying to IM me, or inboxing me about your penis, I don't care. If you're not adding something useful to my life--joy, peace, amusement, a listening ear, decent conversational skills--then you are subtracting from the positives and will be summarily ignored. I don't have time for the nonsense of others, especially if those others are not skilled in basic grammar. Oh, and if you're a male under 25 and not just talking to me for conversation's sake? Get a clue. I have no interest in you. You're young, naive, and you stand no chance. I'm old, crusty, and kind of bitter. I will eat you alive and do so with a wicked grin on my face. Ever seen that book "I HATE Everything"? Basically anything that's potential fodder for that book should go here. I agree with most of what it says in there and on Facebook.

I will generally listen to anything that isn't rap. I do not really care for rap and believe it is the root word of CRAP. Recently I've been heavily into Russian Pop, Industrial, and Sigur Ros. There's other things but those are the three which come to mind most quickly.
