Yo, I'm Alex Campbell, also known on the internet as SmudgeFish (from my very VERY occasionally updated vlog). I'm 18 and spend most of my time as a waiter and drinks guy at the Pancake Parlour in Canberra. When I'm not doing that I'm usually sleeping, or playing the piano/keyboard. I'm in two bands which I write music for. I also occasionally do photography, mostly portraiture.
Favorite bands are The Birthday Massacre, Angelspit, Evanescence, Seether, Nightwish, Within Temptation, and a whole lot more. Not really into screamo or heavy metal, I like things with more dynamic range. I love female vocals, and electronic sounds mixed with heavy rock or industrial music.
Currently single, and have been for a while. I'm into taking things slow; jumping into relationships is for high school. After some bad past experiences I'm very paranoid about being bullshitted to. I prefer someone to respect me enough to tell me the truth than lie to me.
I don't smoke & I don't do weed. I do drink, but in much smaller quantities than I used to, and I feel soooo much healthier for it. I love the culture and social aspects behind drinks; wine, cocktails, etc. And I've learned you get absolutely NONE of that just by getting blind drunk. I like experimenting with different liqueurs and liquors and making yummy cocktails, and did an Advanced Bar Course at CIT.
