Exploding on the scene in 1999 after the demise of Industrial/Metal project, MiLLENNiA - Dan Harvell formed [null factor] to return to his EBM roots.

Over the past decade, [null factor] has released 4 full-length albums.

1999 - "Remodulated". "Remodulated" was released exclusively through the old MP3.com site. This full-length established [null factor] as a groove-oriented musician, able to move the feet of even the most stubborn rivethead.

2001 - "Calculating The Human Form". "CTHF" featured a harder-edged sound, mixing the groove-Industrial of the previous release with a whole heaping helping of angst. "CTHF" saw two big dance floor hits: "pointZERO" and "Own Worst".

2003 - "Purity". Often considered [null factor]'s signature album, "Purity" was the first professionally released album. Songs from "Purity" saw club play all over the globe. "Purity" was [null factor]'s gateway to international recognition.

2007 - "Human Analog". "Human Analog" was a rather reflective album, as Harvell was going through some dark times during the creation of this full-length, self-released CD. From financial ruin to the death of a dear friend, "Human Analog" is a window deep into the soul of its creator. A journey that is difficult to take, but ultimately worth it.

2009 - "(in)finite". Release on May 12, 2009, (in)finite is the latest (and greatest) album yet released by Null Factor. (in)finite is a return to the hard hitting EBM that Null Factor is known for. Already getting airplay and club play, (in)finite is spreading like a virus. The exception is, this is a virus you actually want to get!

ATTENTION MY VampireFreaks FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES:

The new album, (in)finite, has officially been released!!! Get your copy HERE!!!

Fangoria Magazine had this to say this about (in)finite:

"Released in May on Checksum Recordings, their sixth release (IN)FINITE is a brilliant album melding together progressive dark sound with chastising backbeat riffs. Streaming electronic vocals slice like fine razors edge with each track as the album sways and thunders. Each sound is neatly fit with medical precision as the mix keeps you bound and compelled with audio IVs direct to the nervous system. This is an album I can indeed sink my scalpels into and enjoy repeatedly."
