X Marks the Pedwalk is one of my favorite bands. This 1996 release is a fucking awesome album. Since I got this album I've been listening to it very often. It's industrial/electronic music that's very soothing and danceable, with beautiful soft distorted vocals and some soft female vocals on some tracks. My favorite song on this album is "Monomaniac." It's pure industrial goodness, with an upbeat industrial rhythm and amazing vocals which are distorted to sound machine-like. The song "TOL" is equally great. Basically, all of the songs on this CD are excellent. -reviewed by jet 2000
