This is a great cd to get an awesome mix of the industrial dance and
synth pop. Featuring such great bands as VNV Nation, Apoptygma Berzerk, Funker
Vogt, Wolfsheim and so much more, this cd really gets you moving. It's an
awesome cd to prep you when you are getting ready to go out, driving for
long periods of time, or just chillin in your house. It is also an awesome
cd for those of you who are just starting out on this sort of music to get
a little bit of different tastes in the genre. I would recomend this cd to
anyone

The second installment in a series of compilations featuring industrial bands
doing covers of 80's new wave hits. This is definitely one of the best
compilations I've come across. It's great to hear familiar 80's songs
redone by great industrial bands. This cd is also much better than the
first "Newer Wave" cd. I actually like every song on this album. The best songs
on here include Asseblage 23's cover of "love my way", Battery's cover of
"It's my life", and Omnibox's cover of "Here comes the rain again".
The sleeve insert also tells you who did the original songs, in case you want to look
up the originals and compare the sounds. I'm sure most people will recognize all of the
songs on here since they're all covers of popular 80's songs.
I highly recommend this CD especially since most of these songs can't be found on other
CD's.
