The song "oh my goth" has appeared on a few compilations, but this song is
finally released on a razed in black cd, featuring 6 versions of this song,
as well as 6 other songs which are remixed by some of europe's hottest
producers. "Oh my goth" is definitely my favorite razed in black song. It's
very club-oriented, with a breat blend of techno, industrial, and future-pop.
All of the remixes on the album are great, and they seem designed for dj's, for
easy mixing and beat-matching. Rommell is an active part of both the industrial
and techno scenes, with the success of razes in black, and his techno side-project
"transmutator", and he's grown a reputation as a dj. It seems that he has incorporated
a mix of both techno and industrial in the "oh my goth" remixes, and it is masterfully
done. the trance remixes are particularly good, with awesome build-ups and climaxes.
"oh my goth" is a song that i can never get sick of. i really like the musical
direction that razed in black is going and i look forward to their upcoming full-length
album.
