A great debut CD from this band, released by Inception Records.
Lost Signal's sound is future-pop / ebm. This release was produced
by Tom Shear, the mastermind behind Assemblage 23, which is great because
you can hear a lot of Assemblage 23 influence in this album.
But, Lost Signal definitely has their own unique sound, and even though they
are classified under the "future-pop" genre, they can definitely hold their own
agains the more popular future-pop bands such as VNV and Covenant.
Lost Signal is actually a single person, by the name of Charles Rehill.
This CD is really good, and Lost Signal can only get better from here, considering
its a fairly new band. I am definitely anticipating future releases from this band.
All the tracks on this album are good, but one track which really sticks out for me is
"Absence". I find myself putting this song on when I'm driving, and it's and excellent
track to play at a club and dance to.
