This album and the "Sequencer" album are definitely my favorite Covenant albums.
All of the songs on this album are great industria/ebm tunes. Covenant have
proven to be very popular in the industrial scene, getting lots of playtime at clubs
and recently had a very successful U.S. tour. The songs "leviathan", "final man",
and "go film" are among my favorites on this album. The vocals are deep-sounding and
very smooth. The rhythms are industrial-dance with multiple layers of complex sounds.
I've heard people say that "wall of sound" is the worst song on this album, but
"wall of sound" is actually one of my favorite covenant songs. It's very emotionally
touching, the kind of song I listen to when I'm feeling down.

This is a great industrial album from a very talented band. Covenant is very
popular in Europe and they played at the batcave in NYC for new year's 2000.
The song "Theremin" off this album is a hit single, and one of Covenant's most
popular songs. This album also comes with the "Theremin (club edit)" which is a
great remix, and excellent to dance to. I personally love the song "pain
amplifier", which is very fast and hard ebm, with sick samples of people
screaming. This song just gets me psyched. Covenant's sound consists of
ebm/industrial beats with gothic/industrial vocals.
