I’ve known this chick for 11 YEARS. That is over 1/2 of my life, and it seems like a long time. But it never seems like it’s been enough. We’ve gotten into some complicated crap over the past year or so, but we get through it, like all friends do. We’re not the friends who finish sentences for each other, but that’s cuz we already know exactly what’s coming out of each other’s mouths: start to finish. We wear the same thing at the same time without planning it, and people have even gotten us confused. She’s so much like a sister to me, that even her sister is like my sister:). She's even to thank for helping my acceptence of God. Without her taking me to Youth Group, helping me, encouraging me through it, I probably wouldn't have come as far as I have. She's helped me overcome a lot of things, and realize a lot of mistakes.Please don’t hurt her. Because then it hurts me. I’ve seen her upset and it burns right through me. I will always love her, through thick and thin, and be there for her when she needs me and even when she doesn't. No one WILL EVER TAKE HER PLACE. Nadine, thanks for putting up with my stubbornness, idiocy, mental retardation, and the fact I can’t jump up on benches.   |
