How do I dock?
Docking is ONLY available in the new Flash Chat and it happens when you click a persons cam or audio.

Chat won't let me log on!/Chat is down!/Why is Chat resetting?
Chat is NOT a VF program. It is integrated INTO VF, from another source. If chat is down, it's the source, NOT VF. If chat won't let you log in, you need to click F5 and keep trying, unless you are banned.

I'm having a problem in a Chat Room. What do I do?
Check the rooms for a Chat Admin and ask them to come and assist you. Please include nature of problem and user name (s) involved.

How do I report a problem I'm having in the chat if no Chat Admin is available?
You can send all reports to the Flash Chat Inbox. Reports MUST include a screenshot and/or specific room name, person(s) involved and the timeframe of the occurance for proof. Keep in mind that a Screenshot may not always garner immediate action as it may not be looked upon as conclusive proof of the reported action.

Someone is being mean to me in chat! Help?
Screenshot it. Tell an Admin..but if it's nothing that really breaks chat rules or you brought it on yourself, don't bitch.

If I'm not actually breaking a rule, why do I keep getting muted/kicked/banned?
Pushing the rules to the edge, without actually crossing a line, especially after being warned to stop, can still get you in trouble

In rooms such as Europe, Australia, Netherlands, ect., why are people not from those countries allowed in the room?
Because people from various countries are friends with each other and although those rooms are mainly for the people from that area, we are not going to disallow people from other countries from going in there to talk to their friends.

It's legal for me to drink/do drugs in my country, so why can't I discuss it/do it on cam?
Because the website is based in the United States, therefore the laws of THIS COUNTRY apply.

SCREENSHOT - An image taken in the chat room using the PrintScreen (PrntScrn) button on your keyboard, in order to show a rule violation. ALL SCREENSHOTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: room name, at least a partial list of users in said room (via room name list to the left), several lines of text that include the problem text. Any images that were part of the problem must also be included. Any screenshot that looks REMOTELY photoshopped, will NOT be accepted.
