I agree with whoever said we shouldnt have a limit to the points were allowed to earn in a day. If we have to have a limit, make it like....300 or something. 75 is way too easy to get.
From past sites Ive been in before joining VF they had a Status System which worked quite well and brought even more activity into the site. for example so many levels no max and depending on the status level you reach you your able to do more things on the site as whatever it can be that you find suitable. How it would work is your activity on the site Forum posts Active on site etc as well as for lurking to stop members from abusing being active when there really not on at the moment.
They also had reach a certain level you can apply to be a moderator on the site or chat wherever the admin needed the most help. As i thought of applying for moderator in the forum and or chat but dont even remember where i can apply lol would give people chances and be able to contribute more on the site to help out. But just my opinion. The activity on the site would put in and determine what status level you are at but there is also negative affects negative ratings or if you decide to do an admin mark or admin shame mark can help boost the persons status level or hurt them.

^Not entirely, considering how some of the same features are being added onto here. Kinda defeats the point of "fuck the mainstream" and all that junk, to me at least.
