Hi all! We're pleased to share the news that we will be performing live at the Gods & Monsters Ball on September 16th. This is a special event where people essentially dress up as a chosen god or monster. We usually see some pretty imaginative costumes so we'd love to see what you'll come up with.
Era Nocturna will be performing live in the lounge sometime around 9:30 (or whenever Dae finds her way to the stage).
Details, Details:

The band will be milling around before and after the show so feel free to come say hi to us. Dae loves hugs.
New Era Nocturna mini-album out now. Please show your support
June 20, 2011, 03:39:pm
Hello everyone, as we announced recently, Era Nocturna will be performing at Club Gallery on July 8th. However, we need your help. In order for the performance to go forward we will need to cover expenses related to the show. Since we are a non-label supported band we rely on the sale of our music in order to conduct business as artists. We are asking you, our loyal fans, to lend a hand in support of our newest endeavor of performing live.
Rather than simply take your money, we are offering each of our albums at a reduced rate to entice you into buying our material. IN ADDITION, we are offering never before released (for sale) material in the form of a mini-album just in case you're already the proud owner of all our other work. See more below after the listings to hear about this album.
The following albums are offered through PayLoadz, a Pay Pal affiliated site. We have used this for many years now and have never had any issue. It is secure and the money goes straight to us, no third parties.
Last (see below for tracklist/explanation) - $8.00 - Buy Now
Note: "Last" is a compilation of tracks spread out over the entire career of Era Nocturna. These are songs that have yet to be released for sale and/or were never released at all due to various reasons. At this time in Era Nocturna's history, things are changing rapidly and the name "Last" is meant to commemorate the very last of Dae's work as a solo artist. In the future all songs will be a collaboration between Dae and the other four members of Era Nocturna. This album will only be available until the end of July, at which point, it will be officially retired. Get it now while you can.
Tracks:
Respiro (Vox mix) Forgotten Inside the Dream (Minimalist Mix) Where I'm Not (Dreamstate Version) Dead March Happily Never After With Strong Reason Broken Indifferent (Instrumental) The Last Breath
As always we thank you wholeheartedly for your support and we look forward to seeing you at a future show.
Hello all. Shaun here. As the haze of my very intense last semester clears, I am getting back to the important things. Chiefly, the business of Era Nocturna. I wanted to take a second to both acknowledge and comment on Dae's previous post, the announcement of our very first show. All relevant information is contained in it, however, I felt more fanfare was needed to mark this occasion. Always reliable to provide the correct amount of fanfare for any given event, I am happy to do so now. Era Nocturna began in 1999. Through various lineup changes, personal struggles, as well as professional difficulties, the band, relatively early on, became Dae. She was responsible for both writing and recording everything. Every part and note you hear on any of the previous albums was the product of Dae's imagination and talent. This journey of one continued for many years. After struggling internally, Dae came to the difficult decision of allowing others into Era Nocturna, the world she created. As new souls joined one by one, our mission to both evolve and solidify Dae's vision was fleshed out. Rehearsals began in earnest. What was produced was both exciting and satisfying, for us, and especially for Dae. Now it is summer 2011, and we are embarking on the next phase of the band. After many discussions, planning sessions, and hours of rehearsal, we came to the mutual decision that we were both ready and committed to bringing Era Nocturna from the ether of recorded music to the reality of the stage. Once the decision was made, our next move was to find the appropriate venue for our live debut. After more than a decade in seclusion, we felt it important to choose wisely. This first show, being as important as it is, would have to be in the right place, surrounded by *our* people. In the midst of these discussions, the offer was made to us to make our first appearance at Decadence. We decided quickly it was the perfect place. So now, with scarcely more than a month before this event so momentous in the history of Era Nocturna, we are quite excited. After so long, so much waiting, requesting, demanding on the part of fans, we do not take this show lightly. We are working hard and fully committed. This will be worth all of the waiting. Come...join us...and be initiated into the cult of Era Nocturna. We are sincerely looking forward to meeting our fellow creatures... ~ Shaun
