My Kitty is Sick :(

So over a week ago she stopped drinking water and was having trouble urinating, went to the vet and had her blood and urine analyzed. They said it was a bladder infection and she was dehydrated. So the vet put her on antibiotics. After about five days she started drinking water and urinating okay again and I was able to put her back on dry food again, after five days of wet cat food mixed with extra water. (Meat porridge... yummy) Now out of no where she starts throwing up several to 6 hours after I feed her, starting yesterday around noon. She woke me up last night puking for several hours too. 
I have no idea what's wrong with her. The vet is supposed to call me in a few hours. This sucks, I'm so worried about Angel.
