VfsBestLayouts consists of a group of individuals who enjoy making their own layouts and/or graphics. You can talk about anything in this cult as well as the obvious, related to HTML/FLASH, CSS, graphics, etc. Feel free to share your work, ask questions, exchange codes, and even share ideas. To gain access to VFBL, you must be proficient with HTML/XHTML/CSS minimum, there are no exceptions. Below is the broken down list of entry. Whether you have either or all of the following. Any of these will qualify you for entry.

Required Skills to apply
• HTML proficiency
• CSS proficiency
• Understanding of W3C and it's standards
• Knowledge of using Photoshop/various programs

Optional Skills to apply
• Server scripting knowledge (PHP, ADO)
• Browser scripting knowledge (AJAX, E4X)
• XHTML proficiency/knowledge
• Multimedia knowledge (flash, SVG)
