The year is 1634 and The East India Trading Company has taken control over most of the caribbien. Piracy is not to be taken lightly and most pirates all over caribbien is now being hanged. Pirates all over is getting tired of it, and no port is a safe place. At last there where one, one Pirate whom no longer wanted to put up with this. So she gathered the three worst pirates she could find and started the council. The council was supposed to be four pirate leaders, or royals if you would. Four royals to lead one flag ship each, and lead the war against EITC. The war came, and the four of them fought back East India Company. So for now the seas are safe to roam, the company has pulled back to their little colony Port Royal. So for now the seas are ours, ours to roam and ours to drink, plunder and rape on. There are even four free ports, and there are four lead ships that you can join. With one home port each that is one of the free ports. But if you know the seas you would know that the sea is never calm for long.
