This above average and well done anime follows the story of Uzumaki Naruto, a boy trodden upon in his village. The village however, is a special village dedicated to the arts of Ninjutsu, and many powerful ninja's emerge from it.

Born and infused with a demon nine tailed fox, Naruto was hated with passion by many of the older villagers, and even their children picked up on it and started to hate him as well. Naruto however, felt loneliness and sadness in his life, a pain that isn't normal. He wants to be acknowledged and pledged on becoming Hokage, the title of referring to the strongest ninja in the country. But he has a long way to go. And will meet many people he calls friends in this world of ninja's, where allegiances shift quickly as lightning. Join Naruto on his journey on becoming Hokage, or perhaps even greater.

Story So Far...
Kabuto made his debute during the Chunin Exams, befriending the Rookie Nine however he is revealed to be a spy of Orochimaru's who is later instructed to kidnap Sasuke Uchiha failing due to the interuption of Kakashi Hitake. Although he does not fight during the Invasion of Konoha, he plays a key role being the one who puts the whole audience to sleep.

With Orochimaru heavily injured and none of Kabuto's medical skills working, the pair search for Tsunade. Although she seems to have been persuaded, he notices her technique is filled with killing intent preventing her killing Orochimaru. The pair do battle however, when clear he could not equal the Sannin, he uses a dirty trick to invoke her hemophobia allowing a series of unopposed attacks.

She is however saved when Shizune is pitted against him however, once defeated he returns to attack her. Naruto however comes to the rescue managing to hit him with his Rasengan however, in doing so takes a fatal attack. Tsunade however, manages to heal Naruto and Kabuto is left defeated. Later, he manages to recover to help Orochimaru summon Manda and flees with him once they are defeated.

During the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, he attempts to encourage Orochimaru to switch to a new body even offering his own however, the offer is rejected. Just incase however, Kabuto finds a strong body for him just incase which, after growing tired of waiting, he switches to. He also manipulates Kimimaro to retrieve Sasuke despite the former's terminal illness.

In Shippuuden, he is first seen as one of Sasori's agents and Team Yamato manages to gain some information just before Orochimaru arrives and it is revealed Kabuto is a double agent. Orochimaru and Naruto engage in battle injuring Sakura who he heals hinting that Akatsuki is a greater threat.

After the battle, he joins Orochimaru and Sai returning to their hideout while given the task to find a corpse that looks like Sai. He comes to the rescue when Sai is captured only to be captured himself. He is forthcoming with information discouraging Naruto about retrieving Sasuke. At some point, he is freed in time to join Orochimaru and Sasuke when they depart!

After Orochimaru's defeat at the hands of Sasuke, Kabuto integrates remains from Orochimaru body into his own. The remains start taking control and he is costantly struggling to keep them from spreading. His reason for doing this is since he has always been an underling but, with this, he is now strong enough to never serve anyone again! Before being apprehended, he hands Naruto a book containing Orochimaru's information on Akatsuki!

Since then, he has appeared multiple times in the manga and should return in the anime soon!
