our acceptance rate is around 10%.

Unlike a lot of application cults we do not have 'harsh' voters.
We will be honest and offer constructive criticism if you wish, but we are not down-right rude.
For those who wish to apply seriously the staff have the following words of advice for you:
To treat the application and your answers with intelligence and thought.
To browse both a couple of 'accepted' and 'Rejected' applications before submitting an application and get the gist of why you think each was treated accordingly. This would help immensely when creating and submitting your own.
HTML is by no means essential but can certainly make things look a littler prettier.
