Listening to music, Band, hanging out with my friends, welding, auto mechanics (vehicles in general), Track, Soccer, a good set of big headphones, long trips, reading books, the sky (the sun, moon and stars), clouds are another level altogether, the rain, Spring, taking pictures, drawing words, astrology, astronomy, mythology, writing, taking walks, plants, small closets (to this day I can't figure that out), any type of art, sleep.

Broken headphones, the absence of power/ batteries, RLS, being judged, being forced to read something, jeans that constrict my thighs, being short tempered, too many people (sometimes), cigarette smoke, my constant feeling of paranoia and helplessness, people that make fun of others just because, when people bring up something and then say never mind, being a hypocrite, loosing stuff I JUST had, not being able to figure out something really obvious, my horrible spelling, when it rains badly the day before Marching band practice (GAH! with wet and muddy fields).
