The world is way too conservative now. People need to learn to lighten up and have fun!
I live by 3 rules I find quite empowering :
#1 Dress for yourself, not for others.
#2 Appearance is nothing, attitude is everything
#3 I'm fantastic and anyone who disagrees is a liar!
Something else I like to live by : However you live, be sure you do it because you are genuinely into it, not because you think its what people expect you to do. Like it because you really like it, not because you think you are supposed to. Don't be a sheep - just be you.
Main Cults I take part in -
Internet, PVC, leather, music (listening, writing, playing, recording), local dark alternative scene (the goth element is too small and its a mix so calling it a goth scene seems wrong to me), open-minded people, pushing the limits of good taste, genderbending / crossdressing, androgeny, shiny things in general, retro video games.
Decided to remove this section. I prefer not to be defined by what I don't like and I have better things to do than go on a hate campaign.
Mostly goth, punk, coldwave, aggrotech, power noise, industrial, 80s and synthpop. I DJ within these genres most the time.
