Hello, my sweet ducklings. My name is Johanna, but only my friends can call me Kevin (if I'm acting as my alternate persona). I'm an amateur filmmaker, among other things, living in Hollywood, California. I'm not too hard to find: red-blond hair (unless I'm wearing a wig), pale skin, petite, eccentric style. I go wherever my boots take me. You can usually find me shopping on Melrose Avenue, watching a horror movie, singing along to a musical, or with my eyes glued to my cellphone.
I consider myself to be asexual, as I really do not have a sexual preference. I have assloads of amazing friends I could never live without. After having plenty of gay friends over the years and being a member of GSA in high school, I simply have stopped believing in gender roles. Despite my appearance, I can act masculine or feminine whenever I want.
I want to see the world and I love to travel. I've been many places, and I really want to see Japan or England one day, but I think that I left most of my heart in San Francisco. Excuse me for sounding cliched. My mind simply cannot process the idea of a person being born somewhere, growing up in that same town, gettin married, having children, and dying in the exact same place without ever leaving. That TERRIFIES me. I am all over the place...
As I mentioned before, I am an amateur filmmaker. I really love it and it is truly my passion. I am trying my best to get into UC Berkeley, Brown, or Emerson to study film and music. Alas, who knows what will happen after that? I've also been playing cello for 6 years, piano for 8, and horseback riding for 3.
I love all types of music except for country and rap. (Country+Rap=CRAP) I especially enjoy J-rock, techno, industrial/gothic rock, and punk. I'm obsessed with movies, no matter what genre, but once I really get into a movie, you simply cannot take me out. Tim Burton has been my idol for years, and I hope to one day collaborate with him on a project. I'm also a HUGE musical geek, so that being said, I like to keep it gay. (Don't get my reference? Watch The Producers, dumbass.)
I dress like a goth or a gothic-punk lolita/drama geek according to most, but there are many aspects of fashion that I find incredibly appealing. I dress up everyday; expressing myself through clothing is and always has been a passion of mine. I'm pretty friendly and I enjoy meeting new people, but beware that I can be a total bitch at times. I'm sure I'll love you as long as you have a sense of humor. You'll definitely need one when dealing with me.
