I'm a really big dork (just to warn you). I spend my free time reading and checking out fun Buffalo stuff going on. My apartment is filled with crazy retro furniture and colors that hurt people's eyes. I work in a school for kids with disabilities (mostly Autism) and I really like that. I have a background in social work but don't really practice anymore, it was too stressful. My boyfriend just moved in with me, which has been fun even though he's a pain in the ass. I don't know alot of people in Buffalo, so say hi if you want.

There really isn't a good way to list what you like without sounding like a third grader writing an essay. So here goes... I like sheepies, books, road trips (even short ones), travel in general, Ireland (because I've been there), sailing, my hometown, my best friend Jill, my super amazing nephews, New York City, dorks, Venture Brothers, Daily Show, Colbert, Ghost Hunters (!), Antiques Roadshow, Alton Brown, gin and tonics, coffee, Robert Redford, Anderson Cooper, Flight of the Conchords, tea, 60's and 70's furniture and clothing, fun glassware, my Nintendo DS (pink!), Zelda, Cooking Mama, Picross, and my amazing boyfriend Ben (he always puts up with me).

It's so much easier to think of bad things isn't it? I dislike social work, the smeary smudges on bus windows from people leaning their heads on the window (I really hate that!!), office drama, commercials, stupid books, doing laundry, dishes, housework in general, humid weather, and bills.

David Bowie, Beatles, Stars, Tilly and the Wall, Coldplay (guilty pleasure), Blonde Redhead, Calvin Harris, Raconteurs, Tegan and Sarah, Ditty Bops, and lots of others that aren't coming to mind.
