What is a Rhi?

As I just so happen to be Rhi, let me fill you in. Rhi happens to be a twenty year old Irish girl, who never quite reached 5 feet in height, who spends most of her time on VF and Tumblr, roleplaying and fangirling, when she should be writing. Rhi regrets nothing.
