"So violence isn't merely organized butchery in the name of God, in the name of society or country. Violence is much more subtle, much deeper, and we are inquiring into the very depths of violence." - Jiddu Krishnamurti

About Me
First off, I'm the coolest person ever, and I mean ever. Well, I'm being slightly flippant when saying that. Let's see how well a job this survey did. From "Your names hidden meaning" survey: "You are fair, honest, and logical." Indeed! You are a natural leader, and people respect you." A leader yes but respect is a contingency. "You never give up, and you will succeed... even if it takes you a hundred tries." Totally! "You are rational enough to see every part of a problem. You are great at giving other people advice." Couldn't be truer. "You are a very lucky person. Things just always seem to go your way. And because you're so lucky, you don't really have a lot of worries. You just hope for the best in life." That is actually an astoundingly skewed statement. Not me at all. "You're sometimes a little guilty of being greedy. Spread your luck around a little to people who need it." Nope, I'm probably the least greediest person you'll ever meet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow." Relaxed, yes, mostly always; however, I'm not great at being "chill". "You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily." For the most part, I would have to agree. "Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is." That is very 50/50. Incredibly happy is incredibly wrong, but I am able to adjust to my surroundings very well and with accurate ease. "You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing." Yeah, so what? That's extremely common. "You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long." Couldn't be more wrong. I am one of the most highly disciplined people I know. "You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start." Well, being a gemini, that is most evident. "You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong." Not the first time I've heard that. So, fuck yes that is right! NOT to sound narcissistic in any way, but SOME of those traits describe me to a decently accurate degree. I'm a cool guy and look even cooler in my Eddie Bauer Explorer (it's an SUV). For the most part, I'm an amiable, artistic person, who also likes his music in various forms, including classical and world ambient amongst a brigade of other kinds. I'm a philosophical/spiritual writer; I'm also a musician with an aptitude for critical thinking and former college student ( wow, last part sounded kinda' lame). Okay, besides coffee, I also smoke cigarettes (no more than seven or eight a day). I know the detriments, warning me is retarded. I'll quit again in the near or distant future. It's crucial to quit when your working out of course. You may think it's easy because I'm undeniably attractive, it's not! My time for the gym is often sparse, though my efficacious proclivities tend to greatly pay off. . . !

I love Philosophy, in particular the forms that equate to Psychology. Ancient Civilization studies; I just finished my last semester at a community college, where I studied Issues In Philosophy, Sociology, Creative Imagination. ----- World Religions, in particular, are tantalizing to me. ------ Books range from older spiritual books such as Buddhism. The Holy Bible, which I do believe contains much truth. Alternative sciences and Philosophy, Psychiatry (Carl Jung), metaphysics, forensics. Science in general can hold my interest fairly well -- Quantum Physics ----Poetry ----Shakespeare, Poe, Lovecraft, Crowley. I also admire the writings of Ayn Rand, Anne Rice and Montague Summers. --------- I would consider my personality as an extroverted intuitive. In Jungian axioms, there are people who are introverted/ extroverted intuitive. I just happen to be the more candid type of person; I don't easily display conceit, but I would still think of myself as a relatively confident guy. I like writing, as I'm about seventy five - eighty percent finished with my book, entitled "Living In Wisdom: Practical Steps to Spirituality" -- I think it will be a hot seller some day in the not too distant future. It deals, predominately with the aim of connecting Eastern and Western ideologies and philosophy. It incorporates metaphysical, self help, spiritual and philosophical writing, with some poetic stanzas to round it off. There's a fair tincture of sociology and psychology in there, too. I made a B+ in sociology this past semester, so it all pans out quite effectively. ------ Working out at Planet Fitness ------- -------Cold, windy, tempestuous winter nights ---------- -- Calling to the gods of ancient norse and egypt via my electric guitar, keyboards and wind pipes. Yes, I'm being slightly facetious in stating that so ostentatiously. ----- I like Vampire Movies. Most noteworthy to me are Lost Boys (original) and Bram Stokers Dracula. Although I do think that Dracula 2000 and John Carpenter's Vampires are masterful films ------- In the past (recent past) I've taken a liking to such subjects as Shamanism, Witchcraft, Satanism, English Literature, Religious History; in one sense or another they are all exciting and quite beneficial to my state of spiritual and philisophical awareness. Poetry and writing are some of my favorite hobbies, but I also like dance, too. I take my writing a little too seriously sometimes, though commitment can be arduous for me when personal life becomes obstreperous ------- I love Buddhism, and I'm relatively new to the actual practicing of meditation, though I grew up with a father who assiduously sought after spiritual enlightenment. I'm like that myself to an extent, but my sojourns with spirituality are not as disparate. I've been a rebellious freak, a preppy Christian, a glamorous musician. . . that explains why my beliefs are so eclectic. I have also been a Satanist, though my sincerity towards the Satanist milieu grew negligent, and my pride based on who I was (at the time) dwindled, so I decided to leave on my own free will. I have also been a Wiccan, which I still share an affinity with, to a degree, more than I have with other religious sects. I've read a fair amount of Buddhist books, but I've merely been tangentially acquiring knowledge, compared to some people. Mahayana Buddhism, in particular, is what I've been taking up. It propounds that, to be a true Buddhist, we must actually act in a way that makes us more compassionate and understanding with others. --------- I've had a thing for learning about debates and Atheistic Skepticism. I found it fun to read about. Ultimately, we do learn tons from our mistakes; so it's advantageous to see how others make them, so you don't fall prey to scams. Plus, it's fun and challenging to your own edicts or principles, morals, paradigms, ad infinitum. If you believe in a world view, you can never settle for what is the essential meaning behind truth, for it is found in all crevices of life and the spark of bliss which consciousness itself is inextricably apart of ----- Reading ----- hearing about the evolution of History and Mankind Both metaphysically, psychologically, and religiously ----- New Dimensions and Enlightenment on iTunes radio. It Rocks! I like normal things. . . like normal, everyday people; they entertain me. It's complicated getting to know simple people sometimes but it helps balance the equilibrium. Tai Chi(form of Yoga; spiritual and mental attunement) and Karate are some second rate hobbies of mine. I really don't have a great deal of time to expend on them. I like to and currently body build and take great care of my health. Talk to me about different types of vitamins, shakes and supplements. It would. . .err. . . behoove you.
Dislikes
What's the point on enunciating my hatred, there's so much I hate (but try not to) and the entire point of wasting energy contriving all my pet peeves is a little frustrating. But here are some I shall now share with you. People who hate God for no good reason and that goes with people who believe that God is somehow the reason for the evils of the world. It says in the Bible that God gave authority and dominion to man; God is not the reason for evil, get over your shallow narrow mindedness. People who ignorantly insist that Wiccans are evil because they practice magic. The name witch seems to have an irreversibly pejorative connotation with some people. Overtly pretentious people, really fat people, really skinny people, some ugly people, some people who aren't ugly at all, people who do extraneous things like talk in the middle of a class (show some more respect); lets just say there are more things than I can list about what I can't stand. I hate people who drink and smoke to an excess amount. It's just retarded and it does not make you any more attractive to the opposite sex, even if you're a great looking gal or guy. Some people scare me, not because of their power, but because of their misuse of such power. Typically I'm speaking of those in political echelons and those, more depraved people, that corrupt others by way of their own degrading habits. What I really hate more than anything, are people who belittle others, any chance they get. They are like slaves to their ego, it's sad as it is immoral when you give it some true thought. I pity these kinds of men and women, because they are seeing life through a small funnel, rather than an open womb which will always love and support us, some call this mother nature, yet other call this God. You are not free until you can help others feel free. You are not a god, because there is a God that people believe in and they aren't praying to you. You are not cool because you bought the latest pair of converse shoes. You do not own me, for we all are property of higher beings, including Jesus, the highest being to have walked the earth, besides Buddha : )
Favorite Music
No kind of Music is my permanent favourite; however, I would put Classical, Soundscapes, Electronic, Ambient, World and Industrial music at the top of the gestalt. Although I like the quaint sounds of classical music, jazz also intrigues me nonetheless. I've adamantly loved the Goth, Doom and Dark Wave in the past; Majestic Doom Metal is also a fine favorite. A minimal amount of grundge slips in here and there. Bush, Nirvana, Silverchair ect. I try tp catch up and listen to some of the latest Industrial and EBM Artists. Pop Industrial/Techno/Noise/Electro Synth and what else have you. Bands you may or may not know, I really don't care: Some bands I listen (have listened) to: Morbid Angel, Man O War, Emperor, Immortal, Dark Forest, Wolfchant, Insomnium, Shape of Despair, Forest of Shadows, Arcana, Draconian, Venom, Cradle of Filth, Satyricon, Dimmu Borgir, Necrophobic, Anubis Gate, Guardians of Twilight, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Christian Death, Dead can Dance, ANKST, Angels of Nightfall, Sodoms Child, Paradise Lost, Ministry, Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, Cruxshadows, Ayria, Type O Negative, Nine Inch Nails, Danzig, Marilyn Manson - in his better eras- The Doors, Nevermore, Iced Earth, Mahavishnu Orchestra, George Benson, Ra, Mushroomhead, Makeshift Romeo, Dope, Pop Culture Suicides, Depeche Mode, Ozzy Osbourne, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, Prince, John Petrucci/ Dream Theater, Les Claypool/Primus, Frank Zappa, Butthole Surfers, Santana, Queen, Eddie Van Halen, Extreme, Bang Tango, Enuff Z' Nuff, Deadstar Assembly, Tiger Army, Doomsday Refreshment Committee, Combichrist, Enya, Enigma, Paul Winter, Annael.
