Profile: Add me only if you wish to converse. Me - Geek, Scientist, Eccentric. I wish philosopher was still a legitimate career path, I think I'd enjoy it. I am perpetually single... people mostly don't get me. I am strange by most peoples standards, but I swear I'm mostly harmless. I like nice, sweet understanding guys, rather than the overly confident cocky types girls usually like. I'm pretty openminded about most things, and am usually happy to have anyone chat to me about anything... be warned though, Í can be very cheeky, so never take offence to anything I say, I am generally just trying to make you laugh :P Please don't bother to rate me if you think something positive. The ratings bars only exist for the young folk with low self esteme to feel better about themselves by trying to drag other people down. If you are the sort of person that is that insecure you need to go about superficially judging complete strangers as a 1, please do, and know I feel sorry for you and hope your self worth improves in the future. Better you take your frustrations out on me, and not someone even more esteme fragile then yourself who might even take something stupid like that to heart and go off and hurt themselves or worse as a consequence. Humans are often alot more fragile than you realise.
Likes: Nice guys, oh yes, I mean it... a guy with good old fashioned morals and decency is hard to come by, and worth more than a 1000 jerks put together. Photography, travel, designing and making costumes, writing, philosophical ponderings, the outdoors, random adventures. I love the huge impact one tiny act of decency can have upon another persons life. Someone I just met once had an impact on my like that just by not being a jerk and making me want to die like all my ""friends" were doing at the time, they even told everyone else not to be so harsh. When you are depressed, one simple, rare, unexpected act of kindness can make all the difference.Dislikes: People who are rude. There is no call for it. I deem people being critical enough to correct peoples spelling/typos rude... it's the internet, and a social site none the less. Though text abrevations are annoying since half the time I don't know what people are saying, I have no interest in going around pretentiously correcting people when they are being nice enough to talk to me. If they ask me to proof read their novel, THEN I will be critical... or if someone wants help trying to learn english, I'll do it then too. Also on that note, people who just want to misread everything you write and pretend you are saying the opposite, just so they can argue about stuff when you simply said you AGREE with them... if you want to be unpleasant because you can. go start a debating website where you migt find people that actually do want to waste their time trying to annoy people or tell them that their opinion are wrong. There is just enough negative stuff in the world without every random person throwing stuff in there... it is MUCH harder for a person to bring themselves to say the sincerely positive things they think in their head, rather than to spout out every stupid critical thing that flies into their brain. I hate compliments though that people don't really mean. I try to give comliments as often as I think them in my head, which may not be often, but the world is a depressing place at times, I do what little I can to make it seem slightly brighter... slightly. Also when guys feel the need to write "real men have hair" on their profile. Newsflash real women have hair too... some of them even have weird random hair like moustaches or monobrows. The point being women are actually willing to put in the effort to look tidy like guys like. It's one thing to be ok with being yourself hair and all, but don't be a hypocrite and advertise you are one. If you say "real men are hairy" or similar on your profile, at least have the decency to say you love hairy women too. Otherwise you also come across as incredibly sexist. Either be willing to accept everyone as is, or be willing to put in effort for someone who is willing to do the same for you... No one likes double standards. In short, if I talk to you, am just trying to make friends, if you don't want to be, do what you mother taught you and "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anyting at all". I'd much prefer to just not get a reply than an unpleasant one. I am just here, on a SOCIAL SITE to make friends and be nice... not to argue, not to sends nudes to strangers, not to belittle people that are nice enough to talk to me.  Favorite Music: Not gonna go on and on here... but I enjoy a wide range of stuff.
