The bands consists of M.J.Powell, who writes, records and does vocals for all songs. The band is inspired by the desolate industrial wasteland of Matts hometown, and the grim reality of 21st century Great Britain. Digital Deformation has currently released two demo albums System Failures (Jan 2010) followed quickly by Powertrips (July 2010)both were well received by critics and fans alike. The success of both these demos prompted DD to be featured on a number of compilation albums/radio stations and blogs. The band are now writing there first full length album, featuring brand new songs, as well as reworked songs from previous albums. DD is currently playing shows around the UK.
