I'm a 20 year old part Hispanic, part Native American woman. I live in the coldest part of the 48 conjoined states, Grand Forks, ND. I'm a natural born artist with a passion to create and share ideas through any medium and I've been an amateur photographer for the past three years. I've come far since I first picked up a camera, but I'm still learning and growing, and I hope to one day have a successful career involving fashion photography, cinematography, and photo journalism. I know that sounds almost a bit too ambitious, but I would have to kick myself if I didn't at least give it a chance, and truly see whether or not I have that potential, and I believe I do. I have my work in a few small galleries here, and one day, I will open my own private studio.

I'm also in love with music. I couldn't see my life without it. There are just somethings in life that you can only express through song, and I find that I often feel an emotional attachment to some songs. I listen to a variety of musicians, but I prefer The White Stripes, Interpol, and Portishead above all else.

I like strange new things, ideas, and people and I tend to gravitate towards those who like to laugh, and who let their individuality shine through. I find that those are the kinds of people who aren't afraid to speak their minds, or bring more creativity to the world, and that's exactly what this world needs more of.

I'm just figuring out my place in the universe, and that place seems to be somewhere full of life and art. So as long as I can bring both creativity and energy to the world, I'll be pretty content. I've had my share of ups and downs, been to the darkest places in my soul and the brightest. I've seen and experienced a lot in my short life, and I hope to continue to do so as I get older. I have a naturally positive outlook, but I am realistic. In the end, you just can't keep me down, not if I have some fight left in me.
