Hello, my name is Elle, but you may call me Banshi. I'm perky, to an extent. I call everyone by endearments. When I'm not at home, I live at coffee shops and art studios. Yes, my hair is naturally this curly. No, I can't run a brush or a comb through it. No, I don't want to straighten it or get it thinned out. OKAY, now that we have THAT annoyance out of the way, let's go on to some other things. I have an edge, and I'm blunt. Whenever you see me, chances are, I have a knife on me (and know how to use it). I love sharp things. I'm a vegetarian. I'm a libertarian. I'm a Christian. Yes, little fellow children of the night, you read that correctly. I love dogs and all animals, and I don't hesitate to get personally involved if I see someone mistreating an animal; I speak for the voiceless and I defend the defenseless. I love light, nearly white ivory skin. Oil paint and charcoal are my favorite media, although I also know how to use digital imaging, photography, ceramics, sculpture, acrylic, water color, pastels, and basically have tried everything else except for glassblowing. I love strobe lights. I love gargoyles. I personally am against drugs and don't do them, never have, probably never will. Doesn't mean I don't like you because you do them, I just don't agree with it. I also don't agree with homosexuality. Now, before you begin, MOST of my friends are all either bisexual or gay, and I have 2 friends who are trans-gender. I do NOT hate, nor am I afraid of gays. Because my religious and my political beliefs are different, I do support gay rights. I believe Jesus loves gays just as much as he loves straights, and I believe we are all made the way we are for a reason. But, I don't believe Nature is the highest power, and I believe Nature (including human nature) is a fallen entity. And that is why we all need grace... doesn't matter if you're a nun, or a prostitute. Jesus loves you, he allowed himself to die by the hands of those he loved and spent three days in hell for you. Before you blame Him for what a so-called 'Christian' has done to you, ask yourself this: "Would they go through what Jesus went through for me?"
Reading, writing, art (Renaissance, Baroque, and Rococo are my favorites), music, coffee, coffee shops, chai tea, going new places, going to church, people who are filled with random information, meeting new people, some anime and manga, Czech Republic and Czech culture, Japan and Japanese culture, leaning different languages, gargoyles, incense, scented candles, perfumes, being a "buzz kill", thinking, online role playing, going out on random midnight "adventures", playing Maple Story, DDR, watching The Supernatural and V on television, JTHM, ext.
People who are loud and have firm opinions, yet have absolutely no knowledge to back them up. Hot and spicy foods, nacho cheese. People who instantly judge and hate people once they find out one thing about them. A thing that that person already had set ideas or views on based on shallow little-to-none observations or crap spread by the media.
People who abuse animals.
People with no regards or respect to life. I don't care if you are a pastor or Mr.Joe, if you hunt for blood sport, I think that says a lot when someone kills 'for fun'.
Jerks. Of any and all kinds.
